We are currently rebuilding the Bed Wars Council and are looking for new players to join! In this thread you can learn what the team does, and register your interest in joining us.
What is the Bed Wars Council?
The Bed Wars Council is a group of dedicated players who help develop and drive the future of the Bed Wars game mode by:
- Discussing game balance and potential changes
- Proposing and discussing event ideas
- Building new Bed Wars maps and improving existing ones
- Participating in Testing Sessions and providing constructive feedback
What qualities are we looking for in a council member?
The most important qualities we look for in applicants are time, dedication and a genuine interest in improving the Bed Wars experience.
There are multiple ways to contribute, you are not expected to fulfill every area listed below. However, we are particularly interested in players who demonstrate:
- (MOST IMPORTANT) Willingness to actively participate in discussions regarding balance changes and event ideas, while remaining respectful and open-minded toward others’ perspectives.
- Strong familiarity with the KIG Bed Wars game mode style and/or Bed Wars: Mega. High skill level or rank is not required, but general experience is beneficial.
- Interest in map design for current and future maps, and/or contributing ideas to improve map balance and gameplay quality.
