Difficulty of achieving 365 Login Streak:
Many of the active players could easily achieve 14, 30, 90 or maybe even 180 Days login streak if they are a REALLY dedicated KIG player (Like me). However currently, at least to me, the 365-streak goal is way too challenging and somewhat of a non-feasible goal. While logging in only takes a few seconds, there are times when we are unable to use our laptops/PCs either due to oversea/long distance trips or extremely busy schedules. So, I am proposing a fair system to make the 365 daily streaks goal a bit more doable.
/Vacation:
By performing /Vacation [No. Of days], your login streak will be frozen in place and will not be reset to 0 for the set number of days (countdown starts right after command execution). For those that still login during the vacation period, their login streaks wouldn’t increase but stay the same throughout the set vacation period.
Details:
- For every 10 daily streaks, player earn +1 vacation day
- Regular players should be entitled to max of 14 days of vacation per year and would not gain any more vacation day after earning their 14th vacation day in the same year.
- The 14 days cap would reset after every 31st December @ 2359.
- Vacation can be cancelled, but only the remaining days (from next day onwards) would be refunded to you.
- Perhaps players with rank can have their vacation cap increase beyond 14 days. Legend (18), Myth (24), KIG rank or higher (30).
To those that achieved 365 days+ daily streaks without doing /vacation command:
I think to segregate for those that achieved this without the /vacation command, perhaps there should be an additional stat that shows how many vacation day a player has activated on top of their displayed Daily Login Streak (When searching up our ign on KIG Website and within the leaderboard). So, our Highest Login Streak will be displayed as like: 453 (14) [Where 14 is how many vacation days the player has used up so far].
